Return policy
Please note that for hygienic reasons the following items are not returnable or refundable, Panties, Briefs, Thongs, G-strings, and Stockings.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, free of all odors (including perfume, makeup, etc.), free of all stains and in the same condition as you received it.
Sleepwear, underwear, and lingerie items must have the hygienic lining intact (if the garment is provided). All garments delivered with tags must still have them attached, including washing tag, size tag, logo tags and in its original packaging.
We have a 15 day return policy which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@luximma.com If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Trades
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.
